✅ Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use 5Words for personal, non-commercial learning purposes. This includes:

- • Creating and managing personal watch lists
- • Tracking your learning progress
- • Sharing your achievements on social media
This license does not include the right to use our content for commercial purposes or redistribute our vocabulary database.
🚫 Prohibited Uses
You may not use 5Words:
- • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to unlawful acts
- • To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations or laws
- • To transmit or procure the sending of any advertising or promotional material
- • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the company, employees, or other users
- • To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
- • To submit false or misleading information
- • To engage in any automated use of the system
👤 User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
📚 Content
Our service allows you to create, store, and share content such as:

You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content. 5Words currently offers free access to our vocabulary learning platform. Should we introduce premium features in the future, we will update these terms accordingly and provide clear notice to all users. Any premium features will be clearly marked and optional for users to purchase.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes that may affect their use of the platform.
